401(k) Retirement Plan
Employees who have completed 3 months of service and work a minimum of 1,000 hours/year are eligible to participate in the plan and, depending on compensation level, may contribute up to 15% of their annual salary. The employer match is discretionary and historically has been approximately 40% of the employee's per-pay contributions up to 5.0% of salary.
