Environmental Site Assessments
American Geotechnical & Environmental Services, Inc. has the capability and experience to provide environmental site assessments including Phase I, II, and III level investigations, site and waste characterization for soil and material handling permitting, placement or disposal, construction health, and safety plans, and remedial design. We have conducted numerous site assessments in accordance with state DOT publications and ASTM Standard Practice for Environmental Site Assessments. A.G.E.S., Inc. routinely completes Phase I Environmental Site Assessments (ESA) for multiple-parcel highway development and bridge replacement projects. Phase III ESAs typically involve soil sampling, field screening, analytical testing, data interpretation, and preparation of technical reports. We have conducted Phase III ESAs to determine a waste management strategy for contaminated sites impacting highway and bridge construction and private clients. We have drafted and implemented Field Sampling Plans and Waste Management Plans for use during subsurface investigation and construction.
