Bookkeeper / Accountant
- This is a full-time position based in our Southpointe location. Even if you are not familiar with some of the tasks listed below, we will train you. We want someone with great communication skills that will work directly with the owners on financial matters and with our employees on billing ongoing projects. Responsibilities will include:
- QuickBooks
- 1. Accounts Payable – enter bills, pay bills, enter employee expenses
- 2. Accounts Receivable – enter invoices, record deposits, record ACH receipts
- 3. Time Recording – Enter timesheets, run & audit time reports
- 4. Expenses – check math & verify allowable costs
- 5. Monthly – Close General Ledger, run P&l, Balance sheet, Monthly reports
- Paychex (payroll)
- 1. Enter employee changes in Flex
- 2. Record Bi-Weekly payroll hours & bonuses
- 3. Record Payroll disbursements and distribute paychecks
- Excel
- 1. Create Invoices
- 2. Update Budget Status Reports
- ECMS ( PennDOT's Engineering and Construction Management System)
- 1. Enter Invoices
- 2. Monitor approval progress
- 3. Add new employees and adjust rates
